Week 11 Review

In week 11 John Halpin got the best of Ryan Fowler and myself. Here are our scores (assuming my math is correct) from week 11;

For the QB position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 15 projections.

Tougias: 101
Fowler: 97
Halpin: 101

All of us did well here and Fowler was the most accurate. His prediction of Dalton not cracking the top 15 was spot on. I did well on predicting Newton's performance. Advice: You can't go wrong with any of us based off our performance in Week 11.

For the RB position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 20 projections.

Tougias: 317
Fowler: 301
Halpin: 308

Fowler did the best in the RB category but none of our scores were that great because of the unpredictable performances in Week 11. For example Adrian Peterson was ranked 34th and Reggie Bush finished 48th. Advice: Poor performances from all of us but based off the crazy week I wouldn't say that you shouldn't listen to either Fowler or Halpin.

For the WR position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 20 projections.

Tougias: 406
Fowler: 431
Halpin: 419

Compared to last weeks scores we all struggled again no thanks to A.J Green. Green was ranked 96th this week which hurt all of our scores. Halpin had a couple good predictions in Andre Johnson and Demayrius Thomas both not cracking the top 10. Harry Douglas finished 5th best in the WR category and I was the only one who included him in my top 20. Fowler and Halpin had him ranked 36th and 30th respectively.Advice: If you ignore the A.J. Green disaster we all scored decent and Haplin beat out Fowler.

For the TE position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 10 projections

Tougias: 118
Fowler: 129
Halpin: 123

Another win for myself and compared too last week all of our scores were very good. Advice: Listen to what any of us have to say about the TE category based off this weeks performance.

For the K position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 10 projections

Tougias: 90
Fowler: 76
Halpin: 78

Assuming my math is correct I didn't do quite as well with the kicker predictions. Having said that my score this week was better than anyone else last week. Fowler and Halpin both did very well here as Fowler nailed the Nick Folk prediction of doing awful. Advice: Once again you can safely listen to Fowler and Halpin for the K position.

For the DEF position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 10 projections

Tougias: 86
Fowler: 91
Halpin: 63

Halpin dominates this category and was spot on with the Patriots prediction. Him and I both nailed the Giants prediction and they helped me end my 8 game losing streak. Advice: Safe scores again but Halpin is the one to really pay attention to here.

 Total Scores:

Tougias: 1118
Fowler: 1125
Halpin: 1092

Advice: Halpin is the guy to listen to compared to Fowler.

Week 10 Review

So taking a look at last weeks rankings the experts and myself all did fairly well. Zegura had the best week in total of all of us with Eisenberg having the worst. Here were the totals;

For the QB position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 15 projections.
Tougias: 119
Eisenberg: 121
Richard: 118
Zegura: 95

Zegura dominated the QB category compared to the rest of us. He picked RG3 to finish in 3rd when he came in 2nd. He also ranked Kaepernick 13th which was the closest to his actual rank than all of us. Advice: If you like cbssports.com listen to Zegura's QB ranks he was very good.

For the RB position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 20 projections.
Tougias: 219
Eisenberg: 208
Richard: 237
Zegura: 219

Eisenberg took the RB category and had a couple of lower rank predictions like Forte, and Bush which helped him beat us out. I was right about Chris Johnson having a bad week so that helped my score whereas every single one of the experts ranked him either 2nd or 3rd. (Trade him while his value is still high). Advice: Eisenberg only had 1 good category and this was it. Listen to him in the RB category but stay away from Richard here.

For the WR position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 20 projections
Tougias:380
Eisenberg: 373
Richard: 377
Zegura: 387

Eisenberg scored well here again and Zegura had one of his worst positional predictions. I got burned by my Welker gamble as the big WR for Denver this week was Demaryius Thomas. Really not a fan of owning any of the Broncos WR's because you just don't know which one  has the big game and which one gets you less than 5 points. Dez Bryant had another bad week and Calvin did well again. Advice: Eisenberg with another good round here and Zegura is looking more and more like a QB expert only.

For the TE position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 10 projections.
Tougias: 146
Eisenberg: 149
Richard: 151
Zegura: 139

Zegura bounces back in the TE category and and did a good job with his Jason Witten rank where as he burned me. Zegura also did a good job with Tony Gonzalez not coming in the top 10. Advice: Zegura bounces back here and would be the guy to listen to at QB and now TE.

For the K position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 10 projections.
Tougias: 136
Eisenberg: 142
Richard: 117
Zegura: 108

Richard and Zegura did a much better job than Eisenberg and myself. Richard did really well with Dan Bailey's rank and Zegura had Kai Forbath in his top 10. Advice: Zegura or Richard is who to listen to at K, stay away from Eisenberg here.

For the DEF position here were the expert's scores (differences) as well as mine for our top 10 projections.
Tougias: 74
Eisenberg: 82
Richard: 69
Zegura: 93

Richard easily beats out the experts at this position. I scored well here too and my Dolphins prediction helped that. Richard nailed the Giants prediction and Eisenberg and Zegura had poor predictions at the DEF category. Advice: Richard is a safe bet to listen to his DEF ranks moving forward.

Overall scores for all 6 positions.
Tougias: 1074
Eisenberg: 1075
Richard: 1069
Zegura: 1041

Advice: Eisenberg scored the lowest for the week but still won a few categories so he should still be listened to on his stronger positional ranks. Zegura won by a good amount and did an excellent job at the QB position. Overall these experts did a good job and listening to anyone of them on Cbssports.com is a safe bet for your Fantasy Football questions.
